ALBUQUERQUE, NM — November 2, 2017 — Keres Consulting, Inc., a Native American-owned professional services company headquartered in Albuquerque, announced that it has hired Rudy Lorenzo to serve as Facilities and Infrastructure Program Manager. Rudy will be responsible for projects supporting infrastructure and facility assessments.
Rudy’s first assignments include project management for a natural gas expansion project at the Pueblo of Acoma, a commercial building renovation for a privately-owned Native American company, and a facility condition assessment for real property assets managed by the National Resource Conservation Center. An enrolled member of the Pueblo of Laguna, Rudy hast taken a vested interest in the betterment of tribal communities and shares his favorite part about working at Keres is the company’s commitment to projects that benefit Native Americans.
“Rudy brings to the Keres team varied experience supporting tribal infrastructure and construction projects, including housing construction and renovations, wastewater system improvements, mine reclamation, and road construction,” said Tim Chavez, president and CEO of Keres. “Rudy connects tribal programs with capacity to most efficiently implement federal and state-funded projects and meet the schedule and budget constraints often connected to public funding.”
Rudy’s experience includes the role of Program Manager for Facilities at the Pueblo of Laguna, President of Laguna Construction Co., Inc., and a general engineer for the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
