Keres supports nationwide and area-specific facility condition assessment programs for federal agencies including the Bureau of Indian Affairs and Indian Health Service.  Our engineers have supported teams assessing nearly 6,000 buildings nationwide.

Keres staffs a BIA project to complete comprehensive facility condition and life-cycle assessments of all sites, infrastructure, buildings and systems of buildings and housing units and a wide variety of other constructed assets such as roads, recreation facilities, water and power facilities, warehouses, storage facilities, garages (quarters and non-quarters) and existing building operation support systems.  The project includes over 5,700 buildings in more than 350 locations.

Keres maintains a team of building assessors with experience conducting real property assessments to determine immediate and distant physical repair, replacement and maintenance needs.

Turtle Mountain Housing Authority Physical Needs Assessment

Keres supported the tribally designated housing entity with the completions of a Physical Needs Assessment of 76 housing units and one office building to determine immediate physical needs and physical needs over the lifecycle of each asset.
