Lou Marchette has over thirty years of increasingly responsible multi-disciplined program leadership and management experience. He is experienced in multi-year planning, programming, budgeting, and executing significant programs that include planning, design, and construction of capital improvements, as well as equipment, training, real estate purchase and disposal, and environmental compliance. He is a highly effective administrator and leader with proven organizational skills and ability to motivate people.

Lou Marchette currently provides for Keres consulting services in the areas of federal real estate construction, disposal, environmental remediation, community coordination, land reuse issues, and energy. He continues to be a key player for the US General Service Administration (GSA) Office of Property Disposal, and is integral in Keres’ multi-year contractual support to GSA, DHS HQ, FEMA, and USCG in all real estate asset management areas.
