Mr. Malnar currently serves as a Project
Manager for Keres Consulting, Inc. He has over twenty-five
years of experience in project and program management,
information systems engineering, and information management
systems development. He began his work with information and
project management after his honorable discharge from the U.S.
Navy's Nuclear Power Program in 1980. Since then, he has been
involved in a wide variety of projects in both the public and
private sector.
Mr. Malnar's recent experience includes several projects
related to real property management for FEMA, OPM, and DHS.
His project management responsibilities include budgeting,
scheduling, reporting, client interface, cost management, and
resource management. The scope of these projects include
information system development, asset management consulting,
real property data collection and validation, development and
administration of training, business process improvement, and
systems integration.
Mr. Malnar holds a degree in Business Administration with
advanced coursework in engineering technology.
