 As
a systems analyst on the Native American Lands Environmental
Mitigation Program (NALEMP), Joseph is responsible for all
aspects of the system which supports the program; Native
American Environmental Tracking System. With over six years on
the program Joseph has an in depth knowledge of the program's
procedures and policies and is responsible for integrating
these aspects with the system to improve work flow.
By maintaining a close relationship with Federal Government
customers, users, and management, Joseph is able to understand
needs and identify problems through structured analysis
consisting of thorough interviews and evaluations. This
results in detailed recommendations for the customer and
management on how technology can be utilized to increase
efficiency within the business processes. Specifications are
created for programmers, network analysts, database
administrations, and data quality assurance personnel to
ensure appropriate implementation of technology.
