Mr. Lundberg has been responsible for the firm's engineering and management consulting services to electric utilities, governmental agencies and large industrial plants. Services have included negotiating power supply agreements; assisting in the preparation of contract and financing documents; providing expert testimony before courts and regulatory commissions; planning energy generation, transmission, and distribution; developing computer applications and programs; analyzing utility rates; and producing financial feasibility studies.

Since 1976 Mr. Lundberg has continuously served as program manager under a series of utility support services contracts with the Albuquerque Operations Office of the Department of Energy (DOE), now the National Nuclear Security Administration, which oversees the operations of a number of the nations’ research laboratories and weapons production plants.
