Facilities Operation, Maintenance, Tenant Support
and Security
Facility operation, maintenance, tenant support
and security are some of the fastest growing portions of the services
industry. As the government continues to downsize, privatize,
and realign its priorities, much of the funding has been diverted
to more cost effective contractor-operated facilities. Keres recognized
this realignment and redirection and has moved aggressively into
this field. We currently operate, maintain, and provide tenant
support and security to an Army ammunition plant.This facility
contains over 25,000 acres, several building structures, 4 tenants
and employing 10 personnel.
Under contract from the U.S. Army TACOM, Rock
Island, Keres Consulting, Inc. operates, maintains, provides security,
and tenant support services to the Twin Cities Army Ammunition
Plant (TCAAP) located north of St. Paul, in Arden Hills, Minnesota.
Keres, as Operating Contractor, looks to cost
effective and efficient management of assets while meeting the
unique needs of the customer at this location.
Keres has also provided facility management services
at the former Volunteer Army Ammunition Plant (VOAAP) located
near Chattanooga, Tennessee, and the former Indiana Army Ammunition
Plant (INAAP) located just north of Louisville, Kentucky.
