Ms. Petrucelli manages the services
contract Keres Consulting, Inc. was awarded by the Office of
the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense in support of the Native
American Lands Environmental Mitigation Program (NALEMP).
NALEMP is the vehicle to address the Congressional directive
to mitigate past military environmental effects on Indian
lands.
Ms. Petrucelli has over 10 years experience in managing
complex environmental services programs such as the NALEMP.
Darlene has been formally recognized by the Pentagon for her
involvement in development of the Program’s policies and
implementation procedures. Ms. Petrucelli has developed and
manages a uniquely skilled staff of environmental scientists,
environmental engineers, program support specialists, public
relations experts, trainers, logistical support specialists
and administrative personnel. Ms. Petrucelli and her
environmental staff have conducted over 200 environmental
assessments, developed Department of Defense directives and
instructions, developed and conducted twenty five cultural
communications courses and have provided technical, logistical
and administrative support to over fifty national conferences
and high level meetings.
Ms. Petrucelli has over twenty-five years of contract
management experience. Darlene served as a Contracting Officer
for the federal government and private industry with unlimited
warrants. Darlene has been formally trained in all aspects of
federal procurement and is a Certified Associate Contracting
Manager. During her federal government tenure, Ms. Petrucelli
managed a team of contractor administrators and was
responsible for the procurement of over $110 million of
supplies and services annually. In private industry, Darlene
has managed a team of contract administrators and was
responsible for negotiation and administration of over twenty
prime contracts and thirty two subcontracts totally over $80
million. Darlene is currently responsible for the
administration of all Keres Consulting, Inc. prime contracts
and subcontracts, as well as our purchasing procedures and
policies.
